We are seeking a licensed geotechnical engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our clients’ office in Kristiansand, Norway. - This position is responsible for geotechnical engineering investigation and design, evaluation and implementation for a wide array of projects.
- You will develop and perform geotechnical investigations,
- collect and analyze data,
- visit project construction sites,
- prepare reports,
- assist in developing proposals,
- and participate in client/agency meetings.
- Preparing cost estimates and proposals
- Preparation of lab assignments/testing
- Engineering report analysis and preparation
Education and Experience · MS in Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited University or college · Professional registrations or ability to obtain within 6 months. · 5+ years of relevant experience in the geotechnical engineering field. · Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.· Proficient with AutoCad software relevant to Landscape architecture and Geotechnical fields.· STRONG work ethics and morals.
