Completion manager’s main tasks: Responsibilities Project phase prior to start-up at site
  • Collect relevant documentation and prepare the installation and commissioning manuals.
  • Establish MIPS system and Code structure
  • Identify service agreement requirements/MPP
  • Implement routines for transfer engineering registers into MIPS
  • Definition of MC and commissioning packs together with client
  • Develop commissioning network plan
  • Develop the Completion budget for all sites and phases
  • Develop Commissioning mobilization plan including Vendor ATS (Vendor assistance) plan
  • Implementation and supervision of relevant HSE/QA procedures
  • Define commissioning test equipment and consumables
  • Evaluate and define need for temporary systems
  • Prepare completion work packages in MIPS
  • Prepare budget for the site organisation
  • Develop punch clearance and carry over work plan
  • Stop work that is not in accordance with the client's HSE policy:

 

Site activities:
  • Follow up the cost for the site organisation
  • Execute the commissioning and associated site work
  • Prepare site infrastructure (Office, accommodation, local transport etc.)
  • Establish communication model towards client
  • Document meetings with client
  • Implement MIPS system at the site
  • Follow up yards MC/Preservation activities by system.
  • Call off for manpower
  • Lead punch clearance and carry over work
  • Lead installation supervision according to contract terms
  • Lead the Execution of Commissioning according to Commissioning network plan and according to budget
  • Report progress in MIPS
  • Documentation and Handover (Completion certificates from MIPS signed by client)
  Participates in: 
  • Establish project specific Procedures and Manuals
  • Define requirements for MC and preservation in purchase orders       
  • Identify Commissioning requirements in PO’s and Sub-contracts
  • Establish vendor ATS agreements
  • Define Commissioning provisions in permanent design
  • Development of Commissioning Manuals
 
  • Define Part Systems and Commissioning Packages on P&IDs
  • Input supplier and engineering data into Frames and MIPS
  • Develop system commissioning procedures
  • Define commissioning spare parts
  Qualifications 
  • Msc Engineering - Provide detailed documentations
  • Experience from Offshore industry  
  • Minimum 5+ years of documented experience
  • Experience from major projects on/offshore internationally
  • FLUENT english, spoken and technically
