Hydraulic valves – subsea - engineer The client has opted to use Adecco Engineering for their recruitment in this case, as they are in need of the very best engineers available.They are one of the world’s foremost suppliers of hi-tech hydraulic valves and control systems for use in sub sea/offshore industry. Their products are certified for extreme depths and pressure, with clients all over the planet. The company you will be working for also offer a complete package for their products, and have full control of development process from A to Z. They sport modern facilities where they manufacture all mechanical part ranging from coarse prototypes to finished valves – all with extreme demands on quality, tolerances and surfaces.The company is located near to the city KRISTIANSAND in Norway, and has some 120 employees.Now they need a senior engineer within hydraulics and sub sea mechanical engineering. Responsibilities:- Responsibility for ideas, development, construction of new and existing products – hydraulic subsea valves and actuators.- Development of documentation for production, and qualification of production Qualifications ( minimum)- Civil engineer / Msc Hydraulics / mechanicso Mechanicso Hydraulics deep sea equipmento MarineRelevant experience within ALL these is a MUST- Experience within product development / innovation of offshore related mechanical systems- Experience with CAD 3d design programs- Experience with structural calculations and hydraulic dimensioning Desired Qualifications- Creative- Interest for product development- Motivated to work with advanced products targeting the offshore market.- Solution oriented and self driven- Good communications and teamwork abilities.
